Privacy Policy

Effective November 3, 2026. This policy describes how Deco Materials LLC (“Deco,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit decomaterials.com (the “Site”).

Information you give us. When you use the contact form you provide your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use it to answer your enquiry, to refer you to a Deco retailer, and to follow up on orders placed through retailers. We do not sell this information.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page, date and time). We use cookies and similar technologies for site analytics and to remember your preferences. You can block cookies in your browser; parts of the Site may then not work as intended.

Service providers. We share information only with vendors who process it on our behalf: our website host, email provider, analytics provider and, where you ask to be referred, the retailer we refer you to. Each is bound to use the information only to provide its service.

Retention. Contact-form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond and for up to three years for business records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices. You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing contact@decomaterials.com. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws (including New Jersey, California, Virginia, Colorado and Connecticut) may exercise the rights those laws provide through the same address; we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

Children. The Site is intended for trade and adult visitors. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Terms of Use

By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Trade site. Deco sells wood flooring to independent retailers and trade customers. The Site presents our product range for information only; it is not an offer to sell, and nothing on it creates a contract. Pricing, availability and purchase terms are set by the retailer or in your written agreement with Deco.

Product information. Specifications, coverage figures and species data are provided in good faith and may change without notice. Natural wood varies in color, grain and character from board to board and from any image shown here; confirm color and grade from an actual sample before purchase.

Intellectual property. The Site, its text, images, logos and collection names are owned by Deco Materials LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission, except to browse the Site for its intended purpose.

No warranty for the Site. The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deco disclaims all warranties about the Site and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from its use. Product warranties are set out separately in the written warranty that accompanies the product.

Links. The Site may link to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: contact@decomaterials.com.

Product Disclaimer

Sample images, room scenes and swatches may not fully represent the color, character, variation and finish of the product, and will differ with lighting and the display settings of your device. They are not a substitute for viewing an actual sample board at a Deco retailer before making a selection.

Janka hardness figures are published species averages, not measurements of individual boards. Coverage per carton is nominal and excludes waste; order 7–12% extra for straight-lay installation and more for patterns. Specifications are subject to change without notice.

Accessibility Statement

Deco is committed to making the Site usable by everyone. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we test the Site with automated tools, keyboard-only navigation and screen readers.
